Coaching is for anyone that has a goal and knows they need to get out of their own way to get it.  It can be a personal or professional goal or BOTH.  Coaching is beneficial to those that procrastinate, lack follow through, are paralyzed by fear, have self doubts, or want to be challenged to reach their highest potential. Your coach will help you become the best version of yourself by unlocking your potential. What is coaching?

Coaching uses tools and techniques based on neuroscience to help you get from where you are to where you want to be. You will get clear on what you want and uncover the beliefs and behaviors that have been holding you back. Many times your thoughts and beliefs are unconscious, but with coaching tools such as powerful questioning, assessment, neuro-linguistic programing, timeline therapy cognitive/behavioral techniques and hypnotherapy strategies, your coach will help you discover what is truly keeping you stuck and help you develop the mindset and actions needed to achieve your dreams.

There is something very motivating about having a coach to meet with weekly that will hold you accountable to your goals. In your weekly meeting you will assess what is stopping you and work to resolve those problems so you are no longer stuck and can move forward toward your goals with confidence.

How does coaching work?

It all starts with a free consult and discovery call to make sure coaching is the right fit for your needs. Once it is determined coaching is right for you, you will sign up to work with your coach for a 3, 6 or 12 month commitment. Together with your coach, you will set up your schedule for your weekly 45 minute meetings. All coaching sessions are done online via video. You will get clarity on your goals and what you agree to accomplish in the time you have together. Each week you and your coach will work on a set agenda that consists of what you and your coach want to work on including wins, progress, where you are getting stuck and tools to keep you on track.

There are currently NO requirements to be a coach.  Michelle has many hours of coach training and is a Board Certified Coach.  She has the added benefit of being a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas, and those skills help make her a great coach.  Her formal counseling training with vast experience in the mental health field are an asset that many coaches do not possess.  She is not only highly trained in coaching, but as a counselor has human development, sexuality, family systems, ethics, communication and cognitive behavioral skills.
